"Repeated Promises of Deposit, Yet Nothing Shows Up"
Hey there, so I got approved for a loan back on July 3, 2019. They keep telling me it was deposited, and I've gone through bank verification at least a couple of times. They even have access to my account. But my bank says they haven't seen any deposit from Better Cash, yet I'm still being told I owe them money despite no funds showing up. I've spoken to ten different folks over the last hour and a half every day for about 13 days now. They claim they've escalated my issues more than five times, but I'm still waiting for something to happen.

They sent me a 'personal code' approval, but then I got denied when I kept going... totally uncalled for! Don’t get my hopes up like that, man.

"Still Waiting on My Loan Review"
I’m still in limbo with my loan application. I put it in on May 19, 2019, and they keep shifting the date for when I’ll get a final answer. It was meant to be last Friday, then Monday. After reaching out to support, they shot me an email saying I needed to sign my loan, which I did, but I haven’t heard a peep since. Now it’s Tuesday, then Wednesday, then Thursday, and here we are on Friday. It’s been two weeks! I just wanna know what’s taking so long to either approve or deny my loan. I even reached out to support again last night, May 29, 2019.

"Communication Could Use Improvement"
I was told my loan got the green light and would hit my account by the next business day, but it still hasn’t happened. I reached out to customer service, and all I got was an automated response saying everyone was tied up. I hung on for 20 minutes, but still no one picked up... I wouldn’t suggest this place, plus their interest rates are pretty steep. It’s only worth it if you’re planning to pay them back in a couple of weeks.

"Got a text saying my loan was good, but where's the cash?"
So, I put in a loan application yesterday and got a message saying it was all set and would hit my account today. But guess what? No deposit came through. I checked the website, and it’s showing that my loan is still under 'review' and I should expect an email with a decision tomorrow. I'm really puzzled and worried since they already checked my credit and sent that approval text.

I put in my application for a loan. The Bank Verification is causing some issues. I've been reaching out to customer service through emails and calls. I end up waiting on hold for at least half an hour, and no one picks up.

"Disappointed"
Feeling let down, I applied for a loan a couple of days back and it’s still under review. The site claims you can get cash by the next business day, but there’s no phone number to reach anyone—just an email.

"Issues and all."
I appreciate the ease of shopping online, but I got approved for $2500 with a whopping 189% APR, which means I'm shelling out $193 every two weeks. In total, I'm looking at paying back around $8000. That's just wild... You folks really need to step it up... Total rip-off...

"Loan Application Issues"
I put in a loan application, but the cash ended up in the wrong account. My bank sent the money back to Better Cash a couple of weeks ago and even gave me a trace number. Yet, Better Cash keeps insisting they haven't received the funds.
